Ownership of all scripts remains with Elite Cronus Scripts at all times. This license may be terminated immediately if you breach these terms.
Restrictions on Use

- Use our scripts in competitive matches, ranked gameplay or tournaments
- Attempt to decode, modify, reverse engineer or circumvent the script's safeguards
Breaking these rules may lead to immediate license cancellation without refund and potential legal consequences.
Third-Party Compliance
It is your responsibility to ensure that using our scripts complies with the Terms of Service set by game publishers and platform holders. Elite Cronus Scripts is not accountable for any account bans, suspensions or other penalties resulting from the use of our scripts or any third-party tools.
No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability
Our scripts are provided "as is", without promises of performance, reliability or protection from detection. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Elite Cronus Scripts will not be responsible for:
- Account bans, suspensions or penalties issued by games or platforms
- Loss of accounts, data or in-game earnings

Updates and Availability

Script Installation Policy
To protect the security, exclusivity and confidentiality of our proprietary scripts, all installations are performed exclusively through AnyDesk, a secure remote desktop application, by a member of the Elite Cronus Scripts team. This process prevents unauthorized sharing, leaking or redistribution of our scripts and has been in place since Elite Cronus Scripts was founded in 2021. It applies to every script installation without exception. By purchasing or using our scripts, you agree to this installation method and acknowledge that attempts to bypass it or share our scripts are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.
